With nearly five years of experience as a competitive strongwoman and over two years coaching, I’ve built my career around helping people discover just how strong they can be.
As an athlete, I’ve proudly represented at the highest level, achieving:

I’ve worked with all kinds of lifters — from complete beginners learning the basics to athletes chasing competition success. Whether your goal is to feel more confident in the gym, build muscle, or prepare for a big event, I’ll give you the tools, support, and structure to get there.
My coaching style is simple: meet you where you’re at, focus on good technique, and build confidence one lift at a time. Strength isn’t just about competitions or heavy weights — it’s about progress, consistency, and enjoying the journey.
